Terms of Use

Effective date: September 10, 2026 · Applies to the XM TripDesk iOS app

Welcome to XM TripDesk (the “App”). Please read these terms before you download, install, or use the App. Continued use means you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, stop using the App and uninstall it.

1. What the App is

XM TripDesk is a personal business-travel manager. You can create a Trip and, under that Trip, manage transport, hotels, schedules, meetings, contacts, to-dos, packing lists, expenses, receipts, reimbursement, notes, photos, map pins, and summaries.

The App does not book flights, hotels, or other travel products, and it is not a travel agency, payment, or reimbursement service. Information you enter is for your own organization and notes.

2. How you may use it

  • The App runs on your device. You do not need an account, and we do not operate a server that stores your trip data.
  • You should enter lawful information and use the App only for personal, legitimate travel management.
  • You may not use the App for illegal activity, or to interfere with or disrupt it.
  • Some features request system permissions (Camera, Photos, Face ID). You can turn them off in iOS Settings; related features may then be unavailable.

3. Data and backups

Trips, expenses, images, and similar data are stored on your device by default. Uninstalling the App, changing devices, or using Clear All Data may make that data unrecoverable. We do not offer cloud sync or account recovery. Please keep your device and backups safe.

4. Intellectual property

The App’s name, icon, interface, and code belong to the developer. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, rent, or commercially redistribute them without permission, except where the law allows.

5. Disclaimer

  • The App is provided “as is.” We do not warrant fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted service, or that it will be error-free.
  • We are not liable for data loss caused by device failure, system updates, user error, data deletion, or force majeure, except where the law requires otherwise.
  • Travel, reimbursement, and business decisions you make from records in the App are your responsibility.

6. Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this website. Continued use means you accept the updated terms. You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time.
